Hello again!  Filming for the show turned out to be more challenging than we first anticipated.  Instead of rushing to create the first couple of episodes we have decided to shoot a trailer and start up a kickstarter.  This will allow us to purchase some higher quality equipment to make sure that the One Die Short web show looks as good as we want it to, so you can enjoy it as much as we want you to.  Keep an eye out for the kickstarter and trailer at the end of next week!

Updates have returned, and I also have some sad/awesome news to announce.  The One Die Short webcomic will be coming to a close soon (probably the end of this month), however, something new and exciting will be taking its place.  This week we began production on a live-action web show adaptation of One Die Short.  We expect to air about one episode a month, with the first 2 episodes coming out together this month.  We are all very excited about the project, and I hope you all enjoy it as much (or more) than the webcomic!   Roll on friends.  Roll on.

Greetings loyal readers!  You probably noticed the page looks a little different this week.  In the past I’ve slacked off quite a bit with page quality, and in an effort to take myself, my fans and my work more seriously I’m going to be doing a lot more by hand, less with Photoshop, and putting a lot more time and effort into creating my pages.  Part of this is the layout: I prefer individually drawn panels.  I prefer hand writing and hand drawing word bubbles.  I’m going to put more effort into the art.   Overall, I’m hoping to produce a consistently better comic.  I hope you enjoy it more than you already have been!

With Chapter II ending, I will be taking some time off and hosting a Guest Comic week, starting October 1st,  for interested artists and writers.  If you would like to create a Guest Comic fan page within the ODS Universe, please submit it to me no later than Friday the 28th in JPG format, and a maximum of 675 pixels wide.  E-mail it as an attachment to matthewforcella (at) yahoo (dot) com.   I will link it back to whatever Website you provide me with.  Chapter III will begin Monday, October 15th!

One Die Short is back in business!  All of the pages have been uploaded, and everything is good to go!  I won’t have time this weekend to get a page done as well, so expect the first new page to come on Monday April 2nd!
